Brake Lining

We are manufacturer and exporter of friction material for brakes including brake linings, moulded brake linings and non asbestos brake linings.

Non Asbestos Brake Linings

This is a medium friction free brake lining with excellent overall rating with cost per mile in mind. It is structured with mineral fibers. It is a stable coefficient of friction over a wide range of temperature and speed.

Tested regularly in our laboratory on full scale Dynamometer. It is also tested on roads on fully instrumented test vehicles.

Applications of Non Asbestos Brake Linings : Trucks, trailers, General freight and Long Haul applications

Test used as a control check of the consistency of the formulation and manufacturing of brake lining (SAE J380)

Gogan Hardness : GC 17-40

Method of measuring a lining's compressibility. Used as a quality control check of the consistency of formulation and measuring of brake lining (SAE J379a)

Tensile Strength : Method of evaluating physical strength of brake lining (ASTM 0952). Force required to break sample of 1.0 X 1.0 inch.
